One and a Half Hour Session: $80

Massage sessions may include heat/cold therapy, triggerpoint, myofascial release, hot stones, stretches, acupressure, crainosacral techniques and other treatments that are individual to each client. My goal is to bring you to awareness of your body and how to best achieve wellness.
Each session is designed for pain reduction, restored range of motion, reduced inflammation, relaxation, stress reduction, healing.
